Storage contract for keys and other small items:

You can leave your apartment keys and other small items such as papers to our safe for storage. We will list your keys and other items and make sure they will be maintained in safe during the validity of contract. The keys or any items will not be given to anybody else without your written permission. You can pick-up and/or store your items during office hours (included in the price).

Handover/receive keys and other items outside office hours (subject to staff availability): 500 THB/time.

Lost keys and changing the locks:
Sometimes keys disappear, especially when the apartment is let for rent. If you worry that your keys are somewhere where those do not suppose to be we recommend to change the locks. Changing the locks + 2 new keys are 1 800 – 3 000 THB depending what kind of a lock you want. Extra key is 500 THB/key.

If you have bought the new lock by yourself we will charge from installation according to our techinician pricelist 250 THB/hour

If you have lost the electric key card you should notify us. In some houses we can disable the card and prevent undesired use. New key card is 500 THB/key.
