The consumption of electricity and water of your apartment are checked monthly, that’s a part of a Juristic Person duties. If you want us to read the meters at other time, for example when your tenant checks in or out, we can do it for 50 THB/ time. The fee is automatically charged when you pay the bill. If the owner or tenant read the meters by themselves, naturally there is no charge.
