Keys to your apartment

Do you know where are all the keys to your apartment? Are they with you in your home country? Wouldn’t it be easier if someone took care of your keys and pass them only to people with your approval – apartment tenants, rental agents, suppliers, etc. With our annual home care package, we take care of your keys. Key collection service 24/7 (outside office hours by security guard). Key service only available with annual home care package – not available as sole service.

Air-conditioner maintenance

Air-conditioner indoor units should be serviced minimum twice a year. Regular service ensures longer lifecycle and proper functionality of the devices. In annual home care package we clean indoor units twice a year at the times best suitable for you. At the same time, we check that there are no blockages in the drain pipes. We will also add cooling freons to the devices if necessary without extra charge.

Apartment inspections

When there is no one in your apartment we will ventilate and inspect your apartment 2 times per month (in the middle and at the end of the month). We ventilate the apartment, put water to drains and sewers, test all electrical equipment, check that there are no ants or other insects, poison them if necessary. If we notice anything unusual or alarming in the apartment during the inspections we will inform the owner separately by email.

Yearly cleaning

In home care package we will perform Yearly Cleaning to your apartment during low-season. Yearly cleaning is most comprehensive of all of our cleaning packages, and is remmonded to be done annually. In yearly cleaning we will clean your apartment from floor to ceiling and paying attention to details ensuring your apartment is bright and shining. Check-in and check-out cleanings

When you start your holiday it is nice to come to the apartment when it cleaned with top standards. We will clean your apartment, make the beds, turn the fridge on, etc, prior to your arrival. When you leave, we will clean your apartment, empty the fridge, make sure the main switches and taps are off. We will also wash your bedsheets and towels and return them to your apartment to wait for the next time. Laundry service is only available with annual home care package – not available as sole service.

Airport transportation to both ways

(Suvarnabhumi, Don Muang, U-Tapao)
When you come to Thailand we will send a taxi to pick you up (max. 5 people), when you leave we will also ride you to the airport. Please inform us minimum one week ahead of your arrival and departure, and how many people and luggage are onboard. Transportation service is only available with annual home care package – not available as sole service.
