Every condominium unit must take care of their monthly and yearly payments to Condominium management office before invoice due dates. You can automatize the payment process by lodging pre-deposit payment to Condominium billing system. That will make your payment process easy and convenient as long as you have sufficient deposit balance in your account.

Dear residents in Siam Oriental Condominium,
Siam Oriental Condominium co-owners’ Annual General Meeting held 17.11.2020 decided to replace old Internet and Cable-TV systems with Easynet Internet solution (Package S). New solution is building wide. All units will be provided own router and connection, which can be utilized for internet and to watch TV via Internet.

Building inspections and human resource management
By default, we do not offer our own Building Manager for the house unless the size of the house requires it. The staff working in the building acts as the daily officer(s) of the building. A building-specific daily checklist is prepared for them. Deficiencies, breaks, etc. are reported immediately to BaanCare’s work management. BaanCare’s management visits the house a couple of times a week to check that everything is in order and is working as agreed. BaanCare’s management costs are included in the price of the above-mentioned basic services.
